CibilCredit.com is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Manager for our Individual Personal Loan (PL) and Business Loan (BL) segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales in the designated territory, developing strong relationships with clients, and achieving business growth targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the financial services sector, particularly in personal and business loans, as well as excellent leadership and field sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly loan disbursal targets in both the personal and business loan segments.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and engage with potential customers through direct field sales efforts, networking, and partnerships.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of field sales executives, providing training and performance management to drive team success.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance standards, preparing accurate reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in field sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role, specifically in the financial services industry.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of personal and business loans, credit evaluation, and financial products.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Location: Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
