Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain acid plant equipment including pumps, compressors, and control systems
- Monitor and control the process parameters to ensure optimal production levels
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements at all times
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with the maintenance team for equipment repairs and upgrades
- Record and maintain accurate production and maintenance logs
- Participate in emergency response drills and procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for plant operations
Experience
Qualifications
- 5-9 years of experience in the Natural Resources industry
- Prior experience in operating and maintaining acid plant equipment
- Demonstrated knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
Education Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
