Job Description

  • Identify and investigate discrepancies in vendor invoices, purchase orders, pricing, quantities, or terms.
  • Verification of various schemes and accurate margin accounting as per agreements.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders (Supply chain, SSO, Tax team) to resolve discrepancies promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data within ERP systems for vendor reconciliation and reporting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and regulatory standards, conducting regular audits of financial processes
  • Evaluate financial risks associated with vendor partnerships, inventory procurement, and pricing fluctuations, recommending mitigation strategies
  • Implement and improve financial automation tools for better compliance tracking and reporting efficiency
  • Point of contact for commercial business finance for CDIT
