Qua is a modern-age womenswear brand that is committed to elevating modern women. As we are expanding, we are looking for an enthusiastic and creative FASHION WRITER to join our team.
PLEASE NOTE- We are only looking for candidates who hold a background in fashion journalism. And this is a full-time, on-location role. (No freelancers, part-time, or agencies will be considered)
Responsibilities
- Brainstorm with the marketing/editorial team for new ideas and strategies for effective content
- Write content for different types of brand assets. Content will be about fashion, power dressing, trends, interviews, and other similar topics
- Write long and short form copy for all kinds of communication assets (Social media / Website / Mailers / Push Notifications / PR Articles)
- Work with designers and editors to provide direction and execute daily brand work and campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Fashion Communication / Mass Communication / English (Hons.)
- 1+ years of copywriting experience especially in fashion and lifestyle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Very high awareness of pop culture both on and off digital, and also remain aware of the broader zeitgeist
- Should have an understanding of marketing, social, and media analytics to shape and optimize content based on performance and learnings
- Experience in the fashion/ lifestyle industry is a must
