Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Stylist at SAKU's flagship experience centre in Sector 84, Gurugram. The Fashion Stylist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, creating stylish wardrobes, and driving sales through their fashion expertise.
Specific roles
- Help the customers make selections, offering suggestions, and opinions
- Ensure that the pieces and outfits are recommended based on the customer's preferences, style, body type etc.
- Update customers on product features, USPs and address customer queries
- Require excellent communication & persuasive skills
- Organizes store merchandise to drive visibility and sales
- Achieve monthly individual and store level sales targets
- Express fashion and wardrobe ideas to customer
- Develop an excellent sense of fashion, including of textiles and accessories, as well as great presentation skills
- Build & maintain repeat clientele
- Assist in the maintenance of all inventory & partner with Store Manager on customer needs and requests.
- Participate in trainings and development seminars, programs and meetings as directed by management
- Cultivate customer relationships using e-mail, telephone, texting and face to face communication
- Must be able to understand and communicate fashion styling elements based on brand, silhouette, body type etc.
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Must be a fashion graduate with 0-3 years of work experience in a similar role with premium / International brands preferably
- Fashion Styling and Wardrobe skills
- Knowledge of different clothing brands and styles
- Ability to keep up with the latest fashion trends
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Must be a good listener and be able to go beyond the call of duty to meet customer expectations.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
- Previous experience in fashion retail
- Must have flexibility to work varied shifts based on the needs of the business.
