We are seeking a passionate and innovative Fashion Model/ Social Media Content Creator to take our social media presence to the next level. The ideal candidate will be the face of the brand and be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality content, including reels, stories, and posts, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across our social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative social media content strategies aligned with our brand voice and objectives.
• Create high-quality and engaging content, including reels, videos, photos, graphics, and stories.
• Manage and grow our Instagram and Snapchat by posting regular content and interacting with followers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
• Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and engaging social media content.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools etc.
• Excellent photography and videography skills, with proficiency in editing software.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.

We believe that fashion aspirations of India's next Gen are higher than those of an average Indian citizen, and they have a keen eye for design. While they look for an affordable price point, they are not willing to compromise on quality for cheap products. At Oyela, we are trying to bridge that gap as Indian marketplaces like Myntra, Ajio and others only offer mass-produced designs.
