Roles and responsibilities:
1.Model Selection:
- Identify and select international models based on brand requirements.
- Assess the suitability of models for specific campaigns or projects.
2. Clothing and Styling Expertise:
- Suggest and curate outfits that align with current market trends.
- Ensure outfits complement the models features and the project theme.
- Demonstrate expertise in trading clothing items and evaluating their market value.
3. Fashion Aesthetics and Trends:
- Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and incorporate them into designs.
- Provide guidance on color combinations and aesthetics that enhance the visual appeal.
4.Communication Skills:
- Coordinate effectively with international models and team members.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
5.Market Insight:
- Research market demands to select clothing that resonates with the target audience.
- Build strong vendor relationships for sourcing quality clothing.
Requirements:
- Passion for fashion design and styling.
- Strong understanding of color theory and fabric choices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of international trends and model styling.
- Ability to analyze what works best for a specific model in terms of attire and presentation.
