This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading e-commerce brand in its nascent stages. We are seeking a talented Fashion Coordinator to collaborate closely with our Founding Team and Creative Director.

Responsibilities

• Designing for our upcoming collection and sourcing fabrics as per the budgets
• Coordinating sampling and production with our vendors and manufacturers
• Presenting story, mood, colour boards, and samples to the management
• Working on tech packs and timely execution
• Research and forecast the upcoming market trends for the season in tune with the brand's vision, aesthetic, and identity
• Research design inspiration and styling trends for product development
• Build concepts and develop boards for seasonal design reference and presentation
• Sketch proposals for new designs and have basic graphic design skills to put together presentations and textile prints
• Explore and develop silhouette, print, pattern, and texture
• Have an eye for colour and a sound understanding of pattern-making and fasteners

Requirements

• Someone passionate about Luxury retail or e-commerce
• Skilled in Pattern making, cutting, and knowledge of Kantha embroidery
• Someone passionate about joining a company on a 0 to 1 journey
• Knowledge in digital fabric painting, fabric sourcing, and hand embroidery will be added benefits
• Experience with design tools like CLO3D, Adobe Illustrator, AI, Photoshop, etc
