Responsibilities
- Design and develop new fashion collections that align with our clients requirements.
- Create sketches, patterns, and samples to communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with other team members, including pattern makers, seamstresses, and merchandisers.
- Research the latest fashion trends and incorporate them into our designs.
- Ensure that all designs meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide design suggestions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging design software and technologies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in the fashion industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
