We are seeking a talented and creative Fashion Designer with 3-7 years of experience to join our team as a full-time, work from home employee. The ideal candidate must have a passion for fashion, be up-to-date with the latest trends and possess excellent design skills. Proficiency in 3D dimensions for virtual prototyping and design visualization. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Design and create original concepts for women's clothing including tops, dresses, skirts, and pants
- Develop detailed sketches and technical drawings for production
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are produced to a high quality and within deadlines
- Research and identify new trends, fabrics, and materials
- Attend fashion shows and events to stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize workload to meet project deadlines
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
- 3-7 years of experience in fashion design
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of fabrics, textiles, and garment construction
- Understanding of the Indian market and fashion trends
