Description
We are seeking an experienced Fashion Designer to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have 3-7 years of experience in the job market context of India. Proficiency in 3D dimensions for virtual prototyping and design visualization. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative fashion products that meet market needs and customer demands
- Create detailed sketches and technical drawings of fashion products using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure that designs are feasible and can be produced at scale
- Research and analyze fashion trends, fabrics, and colors to inform design decisions
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and make revisions based on feedback
- Manage multiple projects and timelines while ensuring that all deadlines are met
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Fashion Design or a related field
- 3-7 years of experience as a fashion designer in the job market context of India
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW
- Strong understanding of fashion design principles, including color theory, textile science, and garment construction
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
