We are seeking a talented and creative Fashion Designer specializing in men's wear to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current fashion trends, excellent design skills, and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. This role involves creating innovative and marketable designs that align with our brand vision and target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design men's wear collections from concept to final product.
Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive analysis.- Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and digital illustrations using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Select fabrics, materials, and color palettes for each collection.
- Collaborate with pattern makers and sample makers to ensure design accuracy and quality.
Present design concepts and collections to the creative director and merchandising team.- Participate in fittings and make necessary adjustments to prototypes.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably in men's wear.- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Strong sketching, illustration, and design skills.
- Excellent understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and textile properties.
Creative flair and an eye for detail.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
