Job Responsibilities:

1. Design Creation:
- Develop innovative and eye-catching designs for men's lingerie and bold fashion outfits.
- Create sketches, prototypes, and final designs that reflect the brand's unique aesthetic and vision.

2. Trend Research:
- Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and incorporate them into your designs.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and emerging fashion trends.

3. Fabric and Material Selection:
- Choose appropriate fabrics and materials that enhance the design and ensure comfort and durability.
- Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality materials.

4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are executed accurately and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that highlight new collections.

5. Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Revise designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.

6. Brand Representation:
- Represent IntiMagic at fashion shows, trade shows, and other industry events.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, influencers, and customers.

Qualifications:

1. Freshers or individuals with proven experience as a fashion designer or similar role.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative fashion designs.
3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD.
4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
5. Strong understanding of men's fashion trends and customer preferences.

Interview Process:

Demo Task:
Candidates will be required to complete a demo task during the interview process to showcase their fashion design skills and suitability for the role. This task is crucial in determining the candidate's ability to deliver high-quality work under the company's standards.

Salary Range:

The pay scale will be decided based on the demo task performance.
Salary range: 40,000 to 90,000 per month.

Urgent Hiring Process:

We aim to complete the hiring process for each candidate within one day, including the completion of the demo task.

Candidates must be prepared to complete one of the following demo tasks:

- Trend Board: Develop a trend board showcasing upcoming fashion trends and how they can be incorporated into IntiMagic's collections.
- Collection Concept: Design a mini-collection concept that aligns with IntiMagic's brand vision and includes sketches and fabric choices.
