Job Description:
As a Fashion Designer at Instinct First Streetwear, you will:
- Design Apparel: Create original designs for our streetwear collections, including t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, and accessories, ensuring they align with our brand identity and aesthetic.
- Trend Research: Stay ahead of the latest fashion trends, materials, and technologies to keep our collections fresh and relevant.
- Sketch and Prototype: Develop sketches and prototypes of new designs, selecting appropriate fabrics and materials.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with textile designers, product development, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and marketable designs.
- Oversee Production: Collaborate with manufacturers to ensure designs are accurately produced, from sampling to final production.
- Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all products.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in fashion design, preferably within the streetwear or fashion industry.
- Skills: Proficiency in fashion design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D) and knowledge of garment construction.
- Creativity: A strong creative vision with an understanding of streetwear culture and trends.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of fabrics, materials, and garment construction techniques.
- Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing your fashion design work, particularly in streetwear.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
Preferred Qualifications:
