Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Consultant at TISASTUDIO in Mumbai. The Fashion Consultant will be responsible for providing product knowledge, fashion consulting, customer service, and sales support. Daily tasks include assisting clients with styling choices, recommending outfits, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

• Achieve sales targets, working towards all commercial objectives and goal sets.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate fashion advice, styling tips, and product recommendations.
• Generating and pursuing leads to grow your client base.
• Maintain store decorum & inventory management.
• Organizing and scheduling appointments with clients, making phone calls, and reaching out to business leads.

Qualifications

• Product Knowledge, Fashion Consulting, and Sales skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Experience in the fashion industry or retail sector
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and a passion for menswear fashion
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Retail Management, or related field
• Experience in Menswear / Indianwear / Occasion wear is a plus.
