Role & Responsibilities :
This is a full-time on-site role as a Menswear Fashion Consultant located in Mumbai.
As a Menswear Fashion Consultant, you will work with clients to identify their style preferences and help them select clothing items and accessories that suit their tastes and lifestyles.
- Achieve sales targets, working towards all commercial objectives and goal sets.
- Generating and pursuing leads to grow your client base.
- Maintaining store decorum & inventory management.
- Organizing and scheduling appointments with clients, making phone calls, and reaching out to business leads online
Qualifications
- 2+ years of prior experience as a fashion sales consultant.
- Excellent knowledge of men's fashion, including fit, fabric, and style trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business and customer loyalty
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising, marketing, or a related field
- Experience with visual merchandising and display is desirable but not required
