The role of Fashion Consultant requires prior experience in a retail store with exposure to both sales and operations.
The Fashion Consultant will oversee sales and operations at our flagship store in Defence Colony, New Delhi.
The candidate will be responsible for the customer experience, complete sales cycle and customer engagement with the brand.
The Fashion Consultant will prioritize increasing footfalls at the store and converting leads to sales. Hence, meeting the Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) assigned to the role.
Fashion Consultant will coordinate and manage exhibitions and in-store events in Delhi and within India.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations: Ensure smooth functioning of the store, including visual merchandising
and Standard Operating Procedures.
Team Collaboration
Coordination and support in Inventory Control and Management
Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive in-store and WhatsApp sales, striving to exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators defined by the company.
Enhanced Client Engagement: Develop strategies for client outreach and engagement, focusing on building long-term customer relationships.
Billing and Financial Management
Customer Query Resolution
Client Database Management
Client Follow-Ups and Relationship Building: Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and encourage repeat business.
Events and Exhibitions: Managing in store events and brand participation in events and exhibitions, including exhibition coordination, operations and sales across India.
Performance Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyse and report on store performance, inventory, sales, and customer feedback to the higher management.
Market Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and market demands, adapting the store's offerings and strategies accordingly.
Customer Service Excellence: Uphold and enhance the customer service experience, ensuring the team always delivers exceptional service.
Coordination with production on customer alterations and customised orders.
Managing and streamlining order timelines.
Supporting store administrative functions leading to excellence in operation and customer experience.
