Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customers needs and preferences to recommend suitable Western clothing options.
Provide product knowledge and styling advice to enhance the shopping experience.
- Sales and Targets:Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively engaging with customers and closing sales.
Upsell and cross-sell Western clothing items to maximize revenue.
Maintain a strong understanding of current fashion trends and product offerings.
- Visual Merchandising:Ensure the effective presentation and visual appeal of Western clothing products on the sales floor.
Assist in organizing and maintaining product displays to attract customer attention.
- Inventory Management:Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Keep track of product trends and recommend adjustments to inventory orders accordingly.
- Cash Handling:Process customer transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and other payment methods.
Handle returns and exchanges following company policies.
- Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Collaboration:Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve overall store goals.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in Western clothing or fashion.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Passion for fashion and a good understanding of current trends.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
