Position: Fashion Consultant & Store Manager
  • Location: Deccan Gymkhana, PUNE, IN

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Fashion Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented young woman who excels not only in Fashion Design and Consultation but also in Sales, Marketing, Business development and Operational Management.

The Fashion Consultant will play a key role in providing fashion solutions, driving sales, managing client relations and overseeing various aspects of store operations.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Fashion Design and Consultation:
Understand and analyze client requirements. Provide personalized fashion advice and solutions.
  • Engage in pattern making, stitching, designing, cutting and pressing to deliver high-quality products.
Keep up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, materials and techniques.
  • Sales & Marketing:
Drive sales through effective cross-selling and upselling techniques.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote new collections and products.
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to attract and retain customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including suppliers and designers.
Participate in networking events and trade shows (exhibitions/ trunk shows/ pop-ups) to promote the brand.
  • Guest Relations:
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Address customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Develop and implement customer retention strategies.
  • Administration & Housekeeping:
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Manage inventory, orders and stock levels to ensure availability of products.
Handle billing and financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Inventory & Orders:
Monitor inventory levels and forecast future needs.
  • Place orders for new stock and manage supplier relationships.
Conduct regular inventory audits to prevent losses.
  • CRM & PR:
Maintain a robust CRM system to track customer preferences and purchase history.
  • Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Coordinate with media and influencers for brand promotions.
  • Events Management:
Plan and execute in-store events and fashion shows.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotional events and activities.
Manage event logistics, including setup, coordination, and follow-up.
  • Basic Expectations

  • Qualifications
Education: Graduate/ Masters in Fashion Design, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields from a reputed institute.
  • Experience: Proven experience in fashion consulting, sales, marketing and business development.
Technical Skills: Proficient in design software, inventory management systems and CRM tools.
Social Media: Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.

Willingness to travel:
