ROLE: Sales Associate (Retail, in-store)

Strategic Priorities
Customer Service/Satisfaction
Process Execution as per SOP's
Achieving Individual Revenue Targets for Department/Category of the Store.
Drive Profitability through product knowledge and cross-selling/up-selling skills achievement and in co-ordination with Store Manager.
Engaging with customers, highlighting promotions, responding to customer inquiries, visual merchandising, managing inventory, carrying out transactions, and guiding customers throughout the buying process.
Responsibilities
Sales Driven mindset with best learning ability and skill development and disciplined.
Ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality customer service as per the company standards in all areas of operations.
Ensuring Customer Satisfaction and executing action plansto improve the customer satisfaction.
Addressing and resolving all points of concerns of customers in a timely manner to avoid any delays/issues during store operations.
Monitoring stock and coordinating with store managers to ensure availability of stocks at all times.
Good Understanding ofsales principal and customerservice practices,solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
Engaging with customers and suggesting required Products and Services by building knowledge of Products and Services to build loyalty driven sales, enhancing knowledge of customers to build product Experience.
Positive attitude, pleasant personality and good self confidence Cashiering & Controls:
Handle cash, credit or other transactions with customers on POS or mobile app
collect payments ensure the collection matches as per POS daily transaction
Issue change, receipts, refunds; Redeem vouchers and coupons as per SOP.
Handling of petty Cash and recording in the system with the help from Store Manager
Handling returns customer and check to see if items are damaged or not and use of proper SOP channels accordingly.
Qualifications
We are looking for dynamic candidates with anywhere between 0-1 years of experience in direct or
retail sales and customer management. Also candidates should be between 18 to 25 age. You need to
have excellent communication and conflict resolution skills with the potential to learn and grow and
