The Falooda and Juice Maker will be responsible for preparing a range of faloodas and fresh fruit juices to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating refreshing and innovative beverages, ensuring consistency, and maintaining high levels of hygiene and customer satisfaction.
Prepare a variety of faloodas and fresh fruit juices according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
Operate blenders, juicers, and other equipment safely and efficiently.- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Manage inventory and ensure fresh ingredients are always available.
- Experiment with new recipes and ingredients to create unique beverages.
Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.- Educate customers about different falooda and juice options.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.
Proven experience as a Falooda and Juice Maker or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of various fruit and falooda ingredients and their nutritional values.
Strong attention to detail and creativity in beverage preparation.- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in food safety or beverage preparation is a plus.
