ODISSI NATYA SALA is an established centre for learning Odissi dance in Delhi, India, founded by Smt. Anita Babu and co-founded by Padmashree Late Ganngadhar Pradhan. The school, affiliated to Pracheen Kala kendra, Chandigarh, has been operating since 1999 under the mentorship of renowned Odissi dancer Padmashree Aruna Mohanty.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Faculty (Odissi) at Odissi Natya Sala. The Faculty will be responsible for teaching Odissi dance to students, choreographing performances, conducting workshops, and guiding students in dance theory and history.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Odissi dance techniques, choreography, and performance
• Experience in teaching Odissi dance and conducting workshops
• Knowledge of dance theory and history
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with students and staff
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dance or related field
