Role Summary:- Is an expert Leadership Development practitioner, solutions designer, and facilitator who designs and delivers a variety of CCL custom engagements across multiple leader.
- Partners with BD and Sales team to build client confidence in CCL capabilities, win business, and achieve revenue and margin.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Facilitates programs for CCL clients in all modalities (including face to face, live online and blended journeys).
- Participates on client account teams as subject matter expert in discovery, design, and client relationship management in partnership with sales, project management and other account team.
- While working on client engagements, identifies and pursues emergent sales possibilities in partnership with the sales team. Is actively involved in BD and Sales efforts in the region by leveraging past relationships and introduction to new
- Using sound adult learning principles and the breadth of CCL's capabilities, designs and develops quality leadership development solutions with both individual and organizational impact. This includes face to face, live online, and blended journeys incorporating digital or curated assets. Ensures solutions are financially viable and contribute positively to CCL
- With client team, develops and implements client acquisition and retention strategies. Supports CRM for a key set of major Quickly builds credibility with the client throughunderstanding the client organization and by designing solutions that work within the client's organizational context.
- Collaborates with other CCL individuals and teams in developing content, materials, use of assessments, for new and/or revised portfolio content or for custom solutions.
- Collaborates with CCL staff on the development of new program designs including the development of content, exercises, cases, and
- Manages select key accounts, keeps these clients engaged and informed. Identifies opportunities to penetrate deeper and build business for CCL from these key accounts. Supports revenue generation from key
- Keeps oneself updated on CCL solutions, new products, methodologies/ concepts, etc. Invests in personal development and builds capability of the internal team, external facilitators, and
- Participates in events, forums, seminars, conferences, client meetings as a CCL ambassador. Builds visibility, awareness, and credibility for CCL.

Experience/Background- Minimum ten years experience working in corporate business and/or OD fields.
- International work experience and language skills are a
- Expertise in the development of complex customized leadership development solutions for individual leaders as well as system-level change initiatives
- Deep knowledge of relevant content areas, including the fields of management/leadership, organizational development, talent development, adult learning theory, and human resource development
- Demonstrated business acumen in a corporate setting and ability to apply it in solution design and facilitation
- Able to recognize, cultivate, and build new client/revenue opportunities as they emerge during programmatic
- Demonstrated relationship and influence skills needed to attract, retain, and grow client
- Strong facilitation and program delivery
- Demonstrated ability to work with and influence upper middle management to senior executives displaying executive presence in the
- Effective interpersonal skills for interaction with clients, participants, and
- Ability to perform successfully as a solo, team, or lead facilitator across a wide range of programs and delivery
- Significant experience using technology options for designing and facilitating learning - i.e. webinars, podcasts, online simulations etc.
- Demonstrated understanding of organizational business models and financial goals. Able to incorporate understanding of the economic, financial and organizational drivers of a particular client or industry to design solutions and demonstrate organizational impact of the solution.
- Demonstrated knowledge and subject matter expertise across content areas and current research for more than one practice
