Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager at SAPS INDUSTRIES-HOWRAH located in Howrah. The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing all manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production, managing resources, and maintaining quality control standards. They will also be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in factory management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage and optimize resources
• Understanding of safety and quality control standards
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in the industrial sector is preferred
