Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Factory Manager at Knitwell Apparels Pvt. Ltd. located in Ludhiana. As a Factory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the factory operations, including production planning, quality control, inventory management, and workforce management. You will ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently, meet production targets, and maintain high-quality standards. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or textile industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of production processes and workflow
- Understanding of safety regulations and protocols
- Proficient in computer applications related to factory
