Job Overview:
Global Furnovate is seeking a Factory Manager with a strong background in interior design and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our factory, overseeing production, ensuring quality control, and coordinating between the design and production teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end manufacturing process for custom furniture and interior design products.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure product designs are feasible, functional, and efficiently producible.
- Manage production schedules, allocate resources, and monitor workflow to meet deadlines.
- Ensure the factory operates at peak efficiency, with high standards of product quality and adherence to safety regulations.
- Supervise and lead factory staff, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure final products meet design specifications and customer expectations.
- Optimize processes for cost savings, waste reduction, and continuous improvement in productivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues, working closely with design and operations teams.
- Monitor and maintain factory equipment, ensuring that preventive maintenance is carried out to avoid downtime.
- Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in factory management, ideally in the furniture or interior design industry.
- Knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes, materials, and production techniques.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a large team.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in production management software and tools.
- Understanding of quality control principles and manufacturing safety standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively with design teams, vendors, and other departments.

Pay: 30,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month
