Biitcode is urgently hiring for the post of Factory Manager for our client. Our client is a fast growing manufacturing company in Outdoor LED Lightings & Poles based in Bangalore, Karnataka with an annual turnover of 12Cr.- Position Name: Factory Manager
IPE (Industrial & Production Engineer) + Minimum 3 years of experience in production
Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory.
Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to multitask.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong management and leadership skills.
Effective communication skills.
Plan & ensure optimum utilization of Plant capacity & Manpower resources.
Plan & ensure 100% adherence to Production plan for the month.
Plan weekly/daily production schedule as per material availability dates and resources.
Ensure Safe workplace with healthy work culture / requirements.
Review and plan for corrections in case of deviations in production plan execution.
Interdepartmental coordination- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, Engineering & Maintenance,
Design functions for required flow of information/material for successful execution of plan Production Systems & Processes.
Ensure Production processes in manufacturing are operated as per standard Work instructions/SOPs.
Ensure departmental documentation & compliance to QMS & EHS systems Monitor & Improve processes
Wherever required for its best results to reduce rework/ rejections/ deviations.
Recruit & select suitable manpower wherever required as per needs & approvals.
Takes Corrective measures and follow-up on action plans.
Ensure compliance to all systems (SOPs) related to processing, production and packaging.
Minimizing the down time of all the machines by proper preventive maintenance activities & spare.
Parts management, synchronizing with Maintenance & Engineering stores department.
Monitoring and controlling timely production and dispatch as per the targeted plan (both domestic and export) by planning
Change over's among the different variants.
Planning the Operation and maintenance of the processing equipment's and machines.
