Job Summary:
The Factory HR Executive will be responsible for managing all human resources functions at the factory level, including employee relations, recruitment, training and development, compliance with labor laws, and ensuring a healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the factory, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as the first point of contact for factory workers regarding HR-related issues and queries.
Compliance & Labor Laws:
- Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and factory regulations.
- Maintain employee records as per statutory requirements.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and arrange training sessions to improve skills and productivity.
- Work closely with the production team to enhance worker performance and ensure safety training compliance.
Performance Management:
- Support the implementation of performance management systems.
Health & Safety:
- Collaborate with the safety officer to ensure a safe working environment.
Employee Engagement & Welfare:
- Organize employee engagement programs and welfare activities at the factory.
Payroll & Attendance:
- Monitor employee attendance and manage the factorys timekeeping systems.
Administration:
- Maintain accurate HR records, including personal files, attendance, and leave records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or factory setting.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in a factory environment.
