- Maintaining discipline in factory premises
- Preparation of daily & monthly attendance
- Preparation of monthly plant workmen Wage bill
- To handle IR & Compliance related activities
- Manning the plant as per requirement
- Maintaining good housekeeping factory premises
- Handling local purchases
- Liaison with all Govt. officers as representative of company
- Attending any type of accident at plant level.
- Maintaining all welfare activities at plant level.
- Handling factory imprest Expenses.
Maintaining all safety related ppeS.
