Frigate is a cloud-based manufacturing startup that provides on-demand manufacturing services to OEM/ODM and product/device companies, helping them identify the right manufacturing vendors and leveraging their existing capacities to get their products manufactured.
Requirements: Looking for a candidate with experience in the Steel Fabrication Industry.
- Key Skills Fabrication, Erection, Project Management, Team Leadership, Strategic Planning, Risk Management, Process Improvement.
- Should have minimum experience of 10-12 yrs in Fabrication.
- Oversee the end-to-end development of the new production facility.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and operations to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Develop and implement robust project management processes to track progress, manage risks, and ensure project milestones are met.
- Once the facility is operational, assume responsibility for managing the day-to-day production and operations.
- Oversee & manage the entire plant team , set plant KPIs, ensure alignment with organization goals.
- Implement best-in-class manufacturing processes, quality control measures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor plant performance metrics and identify areas for optimization to drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership Team to align on strategic priorities and report on project/operational progress
- Foster a culture of safety, sustainability, and innovation within the production facility.
- To ensure the targets are achieved as per the project & management requirements.
- Prior experience in managing & running a factory is must
- The candidate should be a resident of Raipur or Bhilai (Chattisgarh).
