WHAT IS THE FACT TEAM

This is a wonderful opportunity for technology specialists, programmers, developers and QA experts to join an offshore pool of pre-vetted global job applicants. The FACT team is the go-to team that we'll always contact first, for any opportunities on our client projects that match your assessed skills. All the opportunities are 100% freelance and 100% remote.

The FACT team will be made up of skilled professionals with 5+ years of hands-on experience in the any of the following areas: ASP .Net MVC, Flutter, Java, Kotlin, Node.js, PHP/Laravel, React.js, Swift (iOS), and Vue.js.

HOW DOES THIS WORK

Firstly we need to assess your skills (the entire process takes up to 55 minutes, split into phases)

You will be assessed via the following methods:

Phase 1:

• (5 mins) FACT job application - You can just click apply now and crack on with it!

• (10 mins) Personality Test
• (10 mins) English Language Test
• (10 mins) Communication Test
• (10 mins) 2 x Custom Questions (for you to manually answer)

• (10 mins) Coding Test

You have to pass each phase, to move to the next. If you successfully pass the application and complete process (remember, the entire thing takes less than 1 hour), you will be part of our FACT team, this stands for:

• Fully

• Team
