What this job involves
Delivery of Client Satisfaction
Duty Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Soft service delivery for Boeing Campus.
Duty manager is accountable for the achievement of the Management Plan and all key performance indicators.
Operations and maintenance, interface with senior managers in Boeing real estate / Facility team and business units.
Coordination with other key managers within Boeing and achieve customer satisfaction. Responsible for managing day to day operations which would includeall cleaning services Landscaping, managing events, supporting client meetings, managing inventory and ensure timely organising of facility related consumables being available at all times as per standards and smooth operations for end user satisfaction.
Drive the account plan to deliver high quality results which exceed the client's expectations. Become a reference for best in class service delivery that can be leveraged to expand Jones Lang LaSalle's business. Recognizes opportunities for account growth, then articulate the value proposition and ensures its implementation across the platform.
Work with the client team, and leverages experts within the broader organization, to ensure exceptional results are delivered to the client, exceeding key performance indicators. Proactively solicits and responds to feedback and input from client
Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect
Builds and Manages High Performing Teams
Provide the leadership to the soft services activities services on a client site
Act as single point of Management Control for
Oversee the operation, staffing, performance of the cleaning service delivery to complete satisfaction of the client
.
Manage the waste management process for food waste and also kitchen waste as per Boeing assigned process.
Ensure client satisfaction score achieved as per SLA
Have a seamless interface into Boeing RE team.
Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity.
Understand the Soft Services scope and develop client specific processes and procedures in consultation with Account Manager and ensure implementation.
Ensure large events requiring caf set up is handled as per client requirement to the full satisfaction.
Support Boeing in the implementation of short and long-term projects.
Take control of all inventories related to caf and pantry, toiletries services and ensure inventory is always kept as per standard practice by planning.
Keep a weekly check on the inventory on consumables and to ensure materials are available at all times.
Develop and implement the annual management plan; accomplish key performance indicators as identified by client.
Review of vendor performances and suggest improvement plans.
Ensure timely reporting for all activities related to which includes, daily reports, weekly reports and monthly reports.
Ensure compliance with JLL minimum audit standards.
Any other additional responsibilities assigned from time to time based on the client scope deliverables and be the part of Account team to step in for other activities as and when required to be One JLL delivery platform
Refer for Key Performance Measures as mentioned below.
Service quality & change/project management: Innovative delivery of value for Boeing through process implementation.
Work scheduling, execution, and administration: Delivery of Services within the defined timelines
Execution of plan to realize mitigation of cost impacts.
Realize Proactive targeting of savings opportunities for JLL and the client.
Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity.
Understand the Facilities Management scope and develop client specific processes and procedures in consultation with Account Manager and ensure implementation.
Support in the implementation of short and long-term projects.
Develop and implement the annual management plan; accomplish key performance indicators as identified by client.
Oversee compilation and deliver the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting
Coordinate discussions with each direct report regarding goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning
Ensure compliance with JLL minimum audit standards.
Ensure all safety procedures, including Crisis Management/ Business Continuity and Emergency Procedures are maintained at all times.
Maintain equipment database for site.

Teamwork should also be one of your strongest points, as you'll work with a team to ensure that all performance targets set out in the contract are being met. To do this, you'll develop tools that help measure the technical team's performance on a quarterly or annual basis.

A strong knowledge and exposure to FM business at a large corporate clientn ideal candidate would have a university degree or professional qualification in from Hospitality management, and over 5-6 years experience in facilities operation. A strong background in troubleshooting processes is a big plus.
Good communicator

Education and experience
Degree in hospitality management with a minimum of 5-6 years experience as managing F & B operations in Corporate clients
Implementation knowledge on ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 would be an added advantage
Understanding of vendor management
Good understanding of safety
