Our client is a leading provider of facilities management services dedicated to

delivering sustainable solutions to their clients across India. They specialize in

maintaining and optimizing various corporate, Commercial and township facilities,

ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery. They have grown

twice in the last two years, with an employee strength exceeding 1K. We are seeking

a dynamic and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the integrated facilities

management services of a prestigious residential complex in Hyderabad.

Position Overview

The Facility Manager will serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the

residential property, responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of facility

operations and maintenance. The successful candidate will ensure the seamless

delivery of integrated facilities management services to uphold the highest

standards of living for our residents.

Candidates with technical quali cations or a background in Soft Services are

encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between the property management team and

residents, addressing their queries, concerns, and service requests promptly

and effectively.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential complex, including

housekeeping, security, landscaping, waste management, and maintenance

of common areas.

Develop and implement comprehensive facility management plans and

schedules to optimize resources and enhance service delivery.

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of external service providers,

contractors, and vendors to ensure adherence to service level agreements and

quality standards.

Conduct regular inspections and audits of the property to identify

maintenance issues, safety hazards, and opportunities for improvement.

Manage the budget for facility operations and maintenance, ensuring

cost-effectiveness and ef cient utilization of resources.

Implement preventive maintenance programs to prolong the lifespan of

assets and equipment, minimizing downtime and disruptions to residents.

  • Enforce compliance with statutory regulations, building codes, and safety

protocols to ensure a safe and secure living environment for residents.

Remain on top of CAM collection and ensure the budgets are met.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work culture among the facility

management team, promoting teamwork, accountability, and

professionalism.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for senior management on facility

performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives.

Quali Cations And Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Hotel Management, Business

Administration, or related elds. Technical quali cations preferred.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in facility management, property

management, or related elds, with a proven track record of managing

high-end residential complexes.

Strong knowledge of integrated facilities management principles, practices,

processes and industry best practices.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability

to interact effectively with residents, stakeholders, and service providers.

Pro ciency in budget management, vendor management, and contract

negotiations.

Sound understanding of statutory regulations, building codes, and safety

standards applicable to residential properties.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced

environment.

Salary

The offered CTC is 08 Lakhs per annum.
