Facility Manager

Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, security, and overall operations in Canada, Australia, Hongkong. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of building and maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures
• Manage maintenance and repairs of facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Manage budgets and expenses related to facility operations
• Oversee the procurement of necessary supplies and equipment
• Supervise and train facility staff
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the facilities

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 1-11 years of experience in facility management
• Strong knowledge of building and maintenance systems
