The position has the responsibility to handle the complete soft service operations for whole organization.
Monitoring, designing & establishment of HK, gardening & landscaping process for the organization.
Responsible for all soft services operations and Management related activities such as upkeep and maintenance of all process and infrastructures.
Ensure 100 % manpower strength is to be maintained as per agreement.
Ensure effective replacement and reliever strategy to make available work force
All issues of Site staffs like grievances, complaints, welfare, uniform, other service related challenges are to be resolved and report to next level.
A coordinator roll is to be performed between site operations, site team and client and management team.
Liaison with local and Government bodies.
Ensure timely attendance, invoicing, collection, Vendor Management and negotiations
Responsible for the purchase and contracts if any.
Create work practices and systems at corporate level for high client satisfaction ensure regulatory compliance and pay disbursement.
Coach and develop team at organization level- directly and indirectly reporting at organization.
Impart training to Core Roles & Work closely with team for the same Provide advice on health, safety and well being issues.
Responsible for the enforcement of health and safety legislation ensure organizational safety policy and Safety standards are to be maintained
To impart to all employees the understanding that the violation of standard safe working practices is as serious as the violation of any other company rule and shall take corrective action when safety rules are ignored and set a good safety example himself
To make it possible for each employee to take part in the safety programmed by personal contact and group discussions
Providing leadership in developing measures and practices that that prevent accidents and ensure compliance with Safety standards.
Ensure that Safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are made and maintained, and communicated to employees.
Ensuring implementation & monitoring of Quality Management Systems requirements into the organization's processes
Employees KRA review progressively as well as yearly for enhancement for of operational including review, KRA and take review of business, Management system objectives and its progress.
