Facilities supervisor supervises and coordinating the day-to-day maintenance and support of building ground and facility system, inspecting, repairing and maintaining building system, plumbing and carpentry job, Doors and widow and drainage system of the plant and along with this help to keep the utilities system, ensure proper work permit issuing to contactor.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of facility equipment and systems.
- Coordinate and schedule repairs and maintenance with outside contractors.
- Enforce safety rules and procedures and oversee ongoing training of maintenance staff.
- Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Participate in upcoming projects
- Coordinate construction and renovation projects as needed.
- Maintain accurate facility records and prepare reports for management.

- Perform random checks
- Participate in emergency planning
- ISO Documentation Auditable docs.
- Keep good behaviors and maintain good IR relations
- Keep uptime of utilities equipment's, air compressor, AHU and chillers, DM plants.
- Generate ideas and initiative closing unsafe conditions
- Review SOP and checklist as per requirement
- Creating a idea generation environment from the team for saving and sustainability
- Ensure all work executed by third party vendors is monitored on periodic basis for quality and adherence to safety procedures
- Recorded Handover- smoothly Shift transition activity.
- Daily & periodic reporting to direct manager for performance evaluation of the electrical & electrical safety equipment.& electronics
- Awareness & alert operation during duty hours.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Diploma in Mechanical
- Work experience of 8 to 10 years in similar field.
- Good Communication skills.
- Experience in End-to-End Plant maintenance
