1) Inspection of nearing possession Building and identifying defects if any
2) Coordination with the required teams to ensure proper rectification of defects identified
3) Ensuring smooth handover of flat to customer
4) Complying with all checklist items while handing over possession and in case of any queries or concerns raised by customers then highlighting the same with the proper team and getting it rectified
5) Co-ordination with Building committee members during maintenance period
