Job Title: Head of Facilities and Management
Shilp Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Facilities and Management. As a leading real estate company with multiple building projects, we require a highly skilled professional to oversee all aspects of maintenance and facilities management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel, including housekeeping staff, electricians, plumbers, fire and safety technicians, elevator technicians, and security personnel.
Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure the optimal functioning of all building systems and equipment.- Oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities management, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
Conduct regular inspections of buildings and facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet operational goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field required
Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance with at least 5 years in a managerial role.- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire and safety, and elevator systems.
Proven experience in managing a diverse team of maintenance personnel.
