Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the design team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure high-quality output.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and product development, to align design strategies with business objectives.- Develop and implement design processes, best practices, and standards to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Oversee the conceptualization and execution of design projects from ideation to final delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company goals.
- Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to inform design strategies and maintain a competitive edge.- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating design concepts and progress.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in design, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role within the industry sector.
Strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise across various projects.- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, and other relevant tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
