Job Description

Company Overview

We are a leading Knits dyeing and finishing factory with a daily capacity of 20 tons. Our commitment to quality and efficiency has established us as a key player in the textile industry. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fabric Manager to oversee our post-finishing activities, including packing, delivery, and management of finished goods.

Position Overview

The Fabric Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations in the post-finishing department. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively to meet production goals and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Packing Management:

  • Supervise and coordinate the packing process to ensure efficient and accurate packaging of finished goods.
  • Develop and maintain packing procedures to optimize workflow and minimize errors.
  • Monitor packing supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Delivery Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate delivery schedules to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
  • Liaise with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of finished goods.
  • Resolve any delivery issues or discrepancies promptly.

Finished Goods Store Management

  • Manage the finished goods storage area, ensuring proper organization and inventory control.
  • Implement storage best practices to maximize space utilization and accessibility.
  • Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

Quality Assurance

  • Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure finished goods meet company standards and customer specifications.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to minimize defects and improve overall product quality.

Team Leadership And Development

  • Lead and motivate a team of packing and warehouse staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance skills and performance.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and set clear goals for team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a textile manufacturing or similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of packing, warehouse management, and logistics operations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
