The Opportunity

Experience: 1-2 years

Role: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Write a variety of F1-related content, including news articles, race previews and reviews, driver and team analysis, and feature pieces.
• Monitor F1 news and social media channels to stay on top of the latest updates, trends, and stories.
• Conduct in-depth research to ensure factual accuracy and provide unique insights to enhance reader engagement.
• Collaborate with the editorial team to develop content strategies, brainstorm new ideas, and ensure consistent coverage of the F1 calendar.
• Optimize content for SEO and social media to increase visibility and engagement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a content writer, preferably with a focus on motorsports or sports media. (Freshers are encouraged to apply, training will be given)
• In-depth knowledge of Formula 1, including the latest news, teams, drivers, and regulations.
• Strong research and writing skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and experience would be an added advantage but not a necessity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a constantly evolving F1 landscape.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a remote editorial team.
• A passion for storytelling and the ability to create engaging narratives that connect with readers.
