Job description for Food and Beverage Executive

A Food and Beverage Executive is a senior-level position that requires extensive experience, expertise in the hospitality industry.   • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring that they receive exceptional service and have a positive experience.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the food and beverage division and increase sales.
  • Analysing market trends and staying up-to-date with new products and services in the food and beverage industry.
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, including labour laws, health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.
  • Attend training sessions to learn new skills and improve existing ones.

Qualifications

  • Min HSSC pass, diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in food service or hospitality may be preferred.
  • Min experience of 8 10 years in F & B Service.
  • Experience in managing and directing staff, developing budgets, and achieving financial targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and direct staff, build relationships with customers, and work effectively with other departments.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality products and services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues that arise in the food and beverage division.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, labor laws, and other legal requirements.
