Job description for Food and Beverage Executive
A Food and Beverage Executive is a senior-level position that requires extensive experience, expertise in the hospitality industry. - Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, including labour laws, health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.
- Attend training sessions to learn new skills and improve existing ones.
Qualifications
- Min HSSC pass, diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in food service or hospitality may be preferred.
- Min experience of 8 10 years in F & B Service.
- Experience in managing and directing staff, developing budgets, and achieving financial targets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and direct staff, build relationships with customers, and work effectively with other departments.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality products and services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues that arise in the food and beverage division.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, labor laws, and other legal requirements.
