Duties and Responsibilities
Support Site Lead to create a safe and satiable dining experience in Workplace
- Ensure that the services are delivered in line with SG03 in the Master and Local Vested Agreement commitments and within approved budgets.
- Develop site food services concept aligned to global and regional platform playbook, policies and SOP as per the taxonomy with local dining flavour
- Train team members on bp life-saving rules, food hygiene, quality standards, policies & procedures.
- Collaborate with Sourcing and Procurement (S&P) on all outsourced food services contracts; align and secure approval on sourcing strategy.
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations; menu choice, group catering, dining experience (queue, payment, dining, retrieval, space hygiene and cleanliness, kitchen safety, kitchen crew service etiquette, diner feedback)
- Define policies, and procedures related to cafeteria and events
- Innovation and continuous improvement (menus variety and change, payment system, technology, customer feedback). Collaborate with co-workers for integrated solution.
- Lead team by training, and appraising talented personnel
- Managing formal events and catering on Corrigo tool, achieve good KPI score
- Meeting sustainable work program through energy efficient operations and waste avoidance.
- Comply health and safety regulations.
- Reporting on F&B Operational statistics on sales, productivity, waste etc
- Source, negotiate and refresh list on vendors and suppliers.
