Position: Molding / Extrusion Supervisor

Department: Production / Molding / Extrusion

Min Qualification: CIPET in Plastic Industry

Min Experience: 03 - 05 Years in Production Department

Industries Preferred: Medical Device / Bio-Tech / Any Other Plastic or

Manufacturing Industry.

Salary: 20,000 to 25,000/-

Location: Preferred Kheda, Ahmedabad

Responsibilities

Responsible for the production activities & monitoring quality as per

specifications.

Maintain Cleanliness & Hygienic condition of Molding Area.

Mold the component as per production planning

Keep record of molding component i.e. molding, rejection, scrap, store

submission, calibration/validation, mold & machine parameter, maintenance.

Train the mold operator & to provide awareness reg. acceptance & rejection

criteria of component.

Keep control on the molding activity & ensure the activities are as per defined

procedure to meet the quality.

Reduce molding rejection at key level.
