What You'll Do

Reporting into the Regional Sales manager you will be responsible for generating sales for the Region.

You Main Responsibilities Will Be To

  • Achieve / exceed sales targets and develop a year on year growth for the Region.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with our customers.
  • Become the long term solution partner and enhance customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need

  • Proven track record of external sales within the territory is essential.
  • Knowledge and experience of valves and or industrial products, preferably valves for process industries is essential. Understanding of Mechanical Engineering terminology, and existing key account relationships with businesses within the territory would be advantageous. Application expertise and sound knowledge of sales.
  • Education: B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or Higher. MBA preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to motivate teams and manage territory effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM software.
