SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER INTERNATIONAL
Responsibilities
1.Responsible for direct sales and sales through distributor for international market
2.Manage the sales funnel to hit goals through effective deal strategizing
3.Responsible for the forecasting and sales tracking for international market
4.Assist operational sales staff with the conversion of cold queries to sales
5.Create opportunities by identifying the various open tenders and applying for them directly or through authorized
partners
6.Take full responsibility for proposing and organizing sales promotion events.
7.Present sales, marketing, reports along with opportunities to the management.
8.Conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast with market trends and competitor moves to achieve market
share metrics
9.Evaluate business opportunities and potential markets by conducting market research
10.Determine annual sales and gross profit plans by implementing sales and marketing strategies
11.Maintain sales volume and product mix
12.Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales budgets for regions and territories,
projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
13.Analyze and update the competitors strategy for the better support of the sales team
14.Along with the management, drive overall company's sales strategy
15.Sustainable market expansion and development
16.Ensuring penetration in the entry level segment and exploring the potential of the country
17.Create and update the training scheme for the operational and field sales staff
18.Assist in recruiting of sales staff
19.Handling customer issues and working towards absolute customer delight
Requirements:
1.Currently in a sales management role for ophthalmologic medical devices
2.Considerable experience of working globally, with impressive sales growth record
3.At least 10 years experience leading commercial activities in ophthalmic medical devices/ pharmaceutical
industry with experience including, marketing plan development, selecting and managing distributors, and key
account management
4.Possess good leadership skills with ability to coach, motivate and impact people and results remotely
5.Experience in managing multiple distributors is critical
6.Excellent poise and confidence when interacting with physicians, hospital administrators, and sales staff
7.Requires frequent travelling
Qualifications
Any Graduate, B.Tech & MBApreferred
