Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Managerto lead our sales team in achieving our business growth objectives. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellentcommunication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of drivingsales growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing andexecuting sales strategies, managing the sales team, and building strongrelationships with key clients. Experience in ZOHO CRM or any other related ERP is a must requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implementeffective sales strategies to meet the companyrevenue targets and expand ourcustomer base.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales teamto achieve their sales targets. Provide ongoing training and support to ensurethe teamcontinuous improvement and success.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong,long-lasting relationships with key clients. Act as the primary point ofcontact for major customers and ensure their needs are met.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify newsales opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of industrytrends.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales team performancethrough key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales reports. Provide regularfeedback and take corrective actions as needed.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations with key clients, ensuringmutually beneficial agreements that align with the companyobjectives.
- CRM and ERP Management: Utilize CRM and ERP systems,particularly Zoho CRM, to manage the sales pipeline, track sales activities,and report on sales performance.
- Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts andreports for senior management, providing insights into sales trends and futurerevenue projections.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments,including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure acohesive approach to meeting customer needs and achieving business goals.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales budget, ensuringefficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.


Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with exceptionalverbal and written communication skills. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record of achieving salestargets and driving business growth in a managerial role.
- Team Leadership: Strong leadership and people managementskills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve highperformance.
- Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and closingskills, with a strategic approach to securing beneficial deals.
- CRM and ERP Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM and ERPsystems, particularly Zoho CRM, to manage sales processes and performance.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and executestrategic sales plans that align with the companylong-term goals.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the industry,market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-drivendecisions.
- Customer Focus: A strong customer-centric approach, with acommitment to delivering exceptional service and building lasting clientrelationships.
