Job Opportunity: Export Sales Executive

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in export sales, preferably in the road equipment industry.
Location:
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in export sales.
Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential markets, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies to promote and sell road equipment products internationally.
Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring revenue growth in assigned export markets.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, specifications, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with customers, ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
Documentation: Manage export documentation, including contracts, shipping, and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Market Expansion: Identify and explore opportunities for market expansion and new business development.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in export sales, preferably in the road equipment industry.
Strong understanding of international markets, trade regulations, and export procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel internationally, as required.
Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
