Qualifications and Skills

- Knowledge of export regulations and documentation
- Fluency in English and any additional languages is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify potential export customers and develop strategies to attract and maintain their business
- Generate sales leads and set appointments with prospective clients
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to communicate the company's products and services
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, shipment scheduling, and timely delivery
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
