Job Description

New Kamath Tobacco Company Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Export Sales Executive with a solid understanding of export sales, logistics (both sea and air), and international trade regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of English, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage relationships with clients worldwide. The role will involve managing the entire export process from lead generation to shipment, ensuring the smooth execution of international sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute export sales strategies to drive the growth of hookah tobacco in international markets.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, distributors, and partners globally, building strong business relationships.
  • Manage the entire export sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation, shipment, and after-sales service.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping and trade regulations, documentation (e.g., LC, invoice, shipping bill), and customs requirements.
  • Monitor and manage logistics, including sea and air shipments, working closely with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and logistics partners.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competition to propose product development and sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the senior management team.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows and exhibitions to promote products and expand networks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in export sales, preferably within the tobacco or FMCG sector.
  • Strong knowledge of sea and air logistics, including documentation, freight handling, and customs processes.
  • Proven experience in managing international clients and closing export sales deals.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and sales forecasting.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the hookah tobacco industry or experience in related markets.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms, payment methods (such as Letters of Credit), and international trade finance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month
